If you do not see an item you are searching for, please email us and we would be happy to try to locate it for you. Our inventory changes daily and we are constantly updating the site with new changes.

Quality Standards:

We pride ourselves on shipping beautiful baskets and accessories to our buyers! As such, we post photos of each basket that is available for shipment on the site. All Baskets shipped will be free from cracks, chips, or breaks in any of the weaves. Any exceptions to this will be posted next to each individual item as it is listed on the site.

Accessories posted on the site have never been used unless otherwise noted. Original company packaging, if available, will be posted as available next to each item and will be shipped with the accessory. 

All baskets and accessories have been stored in a smoke-free, pet-free environment!

Purchasing Details:

Notify us of which item(s) you would like to purchase. This can be done via direct email at christine@basketcityusa.com

Email Basket City, USA® with your contact information (name addresss, daytime phone number and preferred method of payment). Basket City, USA® will then email you with a confirmation, including the exact amount including insured shipping. Our calculations will include insurance for the amount that you pay; additional insurance, if warranted, is available at buyer's cost. If paying by credit card, please call us at (419) 229-1285 to provide the card details.

All personal and business checks received are verified for funds availability through Certegy Check Approval Services prior to order shipment. Please note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $30. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account by Certegy.

 

APO, APO-AE, FPO Military Delivery is available.  No additional costs are added for International shipments to one or all of these destinations. Insured Priority Mail is the carrier of choice used for these destinations. 

Overnight, second-day and Express delivery options are available with additional shipping cost being paid by buyers.

We will be happy to ship your packages to international destinations outside of the continental US.  Additional surcharges may apply and will be computed at the time of order.

 Orders are mailed Monday through Fridays only, unless other arrangements are made. 

Returns Policy:

All baskets and accessories sold from our web site are guaranteed 100%!

If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction, we request that you return it to us in its original packaging within 10 days of your purchase date.

Your account will be credited (if a credit card purchase), an exchange may be shipped in replacement per your request or a refund will be made on money order and personal check purchases.

For returns that are being made due to a Buyer's change of mind (and not an error in shipment on behalf of Basket City, USA®) shipping costs will not be refunded to the buyer.

For returns that are being made due to an error by Basket City, USA® in shipping (wrong product shipped or inferior quality), Basket City, USA® will refund both the original shipping paid by the buyer to receive the product as well as the return shipping costs incurred by the buyer.

Return Authorization # Requirement:

Returns will be processed ONLY with a return authorization number - you must contact us prior to sending a return shipment to receive this number.

If an item is mailed to you with original Longaberger packaging and product cards, then those items must also be included with your return - otherwise the return will not be processed.  

Pricing & Adjustments:

Whenever possible, pricing adjustments made be made on initial shipments if more than 1 item is shipped within the same container. This is to reflect savings realized from combined insured shipping costs.

Prices posted on all items on the website are subject to change without notice. Item costs may fluctuate based upon market conditions, sales promotions and re-stock values. Pricing of items at the time of shipment is final and no adjustments are made for future price changes on the site. Most - if not all of the inventory posted on this website is obsolete (no longer available from The Longaberger Company) and pricing can vary considerably upon market conditions at the time of re-stock.
