Certificates are pre-numbered and are mailed in an embossed envelope complete with the sender's name and a special message to the recipient!

Terms of Issue:

• Certifcates are valid for up to 1 year from the issue date on the face of each certificate.
• Certificates may be applied towards the purchase price of all retired baskets, accessories and pottery items posted on the site. 
• Certificates may not be applied towards applicable state sales tax. Ohio Recipients are responsible for 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to an Ohio destination.
• Certificates are not redeemable for cash, nor are they refundable. If an item purchased by a certificate is returned for any reason, a replacement certificate will be issued.

Redemption Guidelines

• To redeem your certificate, follow these simple steps:
• Either Call or Place an online order via our Secure SSL Online Order System. If calling, have the certificate ID# in hand. Simply use that ID # to apply your benefits towards your purchase. If placing an online order - indicate the Certificate ID # in the 'Comments' section of the order form.
• If you prefer to redeem the Certificate via US Mail, enlcose it in an envelope and address it to: Basket City, USA® 2285 June Drive Lima, Ohio 45805 with instructions as to shipment destination of items ordered.

Copies of the gift certificate will be mailed to the sender as well as the recipient!
